• official state fee — 864 UAH + 174 UAH for each additional class;
• period of work — 7—10 business days.

Filing of the application for the registration on the territory of Ukraine:

• official state fee for one class — 4000 UAH;
***in case of filing an electronic application, the cost of the state fee will be 80% of the established amount
• official state fee for TM registration in color – 1000 UAH;
• for two or more applicants - amount of the official state fee will be increased by 30%;
• agency fees — 2000 UAH.

Accelerated examination of word trademark application after 3 months from the date of its filing:

• official state fee for one class— 5220 UAH;
• official state fee for each additional class — 612 UAH;
• agency fees — 1500 UAH.

Accelerated examination of an application for a composite trademark after 3 months from the date of its filing:

• official state fee for one class— 9396 UAH;
• official state fee for each additional class — 960 UAH;
• agency fees — 1500 UAH.

Completion of registration and obtaining a Trademark Certificate:

• official state fee for publication of the certificate for every class – 600 UAH;
• official state fee for publication сolour TM – 200 UAH;
• official state fee for issuing the Сertificate — 85 UAH;
• official state fee for issuing the Сertificate for non-resident of Ukraine — 200 USD;
• agency fees — 1000 UAH.

Registration of TM under the Madrid system:

• official state fee for international application — 2400 UAH;
• fee of the World Intellectual Property Organization — determined by the number of countries and type of TM;
• agency fees — от 4500 UAH.

Drafting and registration of an Agreement on the transfer of rights to a Trademark:

• official state fee — 2400 UAH;
• agency fee for preparation of standard Agreement — from 3000 UAH;
• agency fee for supporting the regіstration procedure — from 1500 UAH.

Drafting and registration of trademark License agreement:

• official state fee — 2400 UAH;
• agency fee for preparation of standard License agreement — from 3500 UAH;
• agency fee for supporting the regіstration procedure — from 1500 UAH.

Trademark Certificate renewal:

• official state fee for one class — 12000 UAH;
• official state fee for each additional class — 1200 UAH;
• agency fees — 1200 UAH.

In case of a preliminary refusal to register a trademark, the cost of an objection (drawing up a reasoned response in favor of registration) is from 4000 UAH.
